Comics, Anime, Animation
Computers
Science and Tech

I stopped buying them though because they just piled up too much and took up too much space.

Science, history, gardening, knitting, quilting.....I love magazines!

Archaeology, KMT (about ancient Egypt), New Scientist, and Discover are some of my favorites.

I only have time for one mag these days - SFX. Love it. Worships SF and takes the piss at the same time. Been reding/collecting it since issue 1 (now up to 168).

XBOX Live Mag and EW. Reader's digest for the humorous anecdotes. Everything else comes off of the Internet.

I rarely read magazines anymore, except when I visit my parents. They get every magazine known to man.
I will read General Entertainment and Culture/Lifestyle mags, but I think my most favorite are news and current events magazines like Newsweek and Time.

I subscribe to The New Yorker, The Atlantic, Foreign Affairs and The Funny Times. All politics/current events (yet, even The Funny Times). Oh yeah, and Reason, a libertarian leaning magazine, but I'm probably going to let my subscription lapse.

Plus TV Guide but I don't really count that as "reading." ;)

Sci/Tech (New Scientist, and occasionally at the library Scientific American), and current affairs (Private Eye, proving they're called "the idiots in charge" for a very good reason).

I only subscribe to a classic film magazine called Classic Images, and I probably won't re-sub because I never have time to read it. I guess if you count TCM's Now Playing, I subscribe to two. I use Now Playing on a daily basis, though, and will continue to subscribe for as long as TCM stays good. I checked the movie/celebrities category, but I don't care about current celebrities and their personal drama. I only care about classic film publications.

I also like travel magazines...although only the foreign travel magazines. Nothing related to U.S. travel, RVs, camping, cruises, or anything like that. I like the publications about museums, good restaurants, interesting off-the-beaten-track places of interest, and adventure travel to 3rd world countries.

When I used to run seriously, I subscribed to Runner's World. I used to love that magazine. One day when I get back in shape, I will re-sub to that one.

I don't necessarily mean the specific titles, but which subjects or categories interest you?

Free ones lying about the wards, office waiting rooms, and friends' houses.

That means I'm an avid reader of horribly out-of-date Country Life, National Geographic & Marie Claire, together with somewhat more recent editions of Hello, Cosmopolitan & Vogue and the latest Economist, Wine Spectator and Private Eye.

I'll let you decide which magazines belong to which environments.

I mostly like reading about videogames, science, health and fitness and stuff like that but there's still an odd chance you might find me with a glossy covered Elle or Cosmopolitan in my hands. A very odd chance, but it's still there... >_>

The only magazines I get with some regularity are Marie Claire and a travel magazine called Vagabond. I used to read Cosmopolitan but I just can't stand it anymore.

When I was at university I used to read science publications such as Sci Am and New Scientist since they were readily available but I won't buy them for myself.

Everything else I read is online.

I mostly read gaming magazines, with anime a pretty distant second. I also read the occasional political or technology magazine as well
