A great great great grandfather of mine named two of his many sons Carl Augustus Rudolphus Hartaffel Demuth and Gottfried Ottfried Obadja Eckert Demuth. My ancestor's mother was the daughter of Rudolphus Hartaffle and Sarah (nee Eckert), which explains a few of those names.
James Stephen "Big Jim" Hogg (1851-1906) was a Texas lawyer, attorney general (1887-1891), & governor (1891-1895). His children included Ima (1882-1975), called "the first lady of Texas", who was named after a character in
The Fate of Marvin written by Jim's brother Thomas Hogg (1842-1880). But Ima Hogg's sister Ura Hogg is purely imaginary.
Ima Hogg never married, although she may have been tempted to do so to change her surname. I like to imagine that one reason she never married was that her suitors were Mr. Butcher, Mr. Devil, Mr. Crook, Mr. Hoar, etc.
As for girls named Isis, I suggest that maybe their parents should host parties for their friends showing episodes of the TV series Isis (1975-1976) and the
Star Trek episode "Assignment Earth". And maybe when the daughter has to write something for school suggest that she does a report about ancient Egyptian religion including the goddess Isis.
And possibly the parents of a girl named Isis Jones might change her name to Ima Smart Intelligent Sister Jones, and then explain when necessary that Isis Jones is actually I.S.I.S. Jones, and give the individual names. And if the evil ISIS organization is defeated soon the girl can change her name back to Isis Jones as an adult.
Or maybe change the name of a girl named Isis to I.S.I.S. standing for Innocencia Saptientia Intelligencia Sympathica or I.S.I.S standing for Imperatrix Shahbanu Infanta Sebastokratorissa
