Guys: Nightwing, Kyle Rayner, Havok, Northstar, Archangel (Although must of them are straight, there's just something about those tight spandex suits covering every muscled square-inch of their bodies.
I also like them for their rather cool personalities.) More importantly, I wouldn't want a bad-ass, bad-attitude hero like Batman or Wolverine or a "tanker"/damage dealer like Superman or Captain Marvel who possesses near god-like powers.
Gals: Emma Frost, Catwoman, Zatanna - I've always admired strong female characters, not necessarily physically strong, but confident, assertive, knows what she wants, and doesn't hesitate to speak her mind, but at the same time, has a gentle and nurturing side.

Yeah Ms. Marvel definately would be an interesting date. Wonder Woman... I dunno. She's used to gods and demi-gods and superheroes, a mere mortal just looks funny next to her. Even Superman looks like a kid next to her, depending on the artist, but I'm kinda reminded of the Darwyn Cooke series and his WW was taller than Supes. Not that a tall lady is bad... but if you piss her off, she literally has the power to pound you to jelly and enough friends both male and female alike that can make your life hell.
Now She-Hulk, she'd be fun. As both Jen and Shulkie she seems like a fun person. And would probably wear something that looks like it'd fall off if she breathed too hard.

What I was getting at was that I wanted to date them not on their "shagability", but on who they were written to be as PEOPLE.
Let's face it: any decently drawn superheroine is gonna be high up on the "shag-o-meter". There needs to be more than that to a girl to even catch my passing interest.
