My choices:
Guys: Nightwing, Kyle Rayner, Havok, Northstar, Archangel (Although must of them are straight, there's just something about those tight spandex suits covering every muscled square-inch of their bodies.I also like them for their rather cool personalities.) More importantly, I wouldn't want a bad-ass, bad-attitude hero like Batman or Wolverine or a "tanker"/damage dealer like Superman or Captain Marvel who possesses near god-like powers.
Gals: Emma Frost, Catwoman, Zatanna - I've always admired strong female characters, not necessarily physically strong, but confident, assertive, knows what she wants, and doesn't hesitate to speak her mind, but at the same time, has a gentle and nurturing side.

Depends on what you mean by "date". If you mean some broad in spandex I'd like to get into the sack and make wild, crazy, insane animal noises with then I'd go with Power Girl and her giant chesticles, Harley Quinn in a Catholic school girl outfit, or Jean Grey as The Black Queen. Ok, especially Jean Grey as the Black Queen. And maybe get The Goblin Queen to join in at some point. Yeah at that point I'd simply retire from sex because nothing could get better then that. But luckily they're not real, so I'm going to keep on going.
I'd stay away from the "bad girl" type a la Emma Frost, Catwoman, Elektra and Black Widow. Simply because those types usually are carring more VD then The United States Center for Disease Control. They're also almost always mediocre in bed. Because they're hot and get a lot of ass, so there for are less inclined to put forth an effort. So a mediocre lay and herpes isn't exactly my idea of a good time.
If you mean having an actual romantic relationship like going to movies and buying gifts and leaving lots of cutsy messages on Facebook, well I'd probably go with She-Hulk or Barbara Gordon or Black Cat. Ok, especially Shulike. She's awesome. Someone who's smart, funny and down to earth and doesn't require a lot of maintenece. Because I hate drama in a relationship.

I'm half blind, I can never get away with looking at boobs without everyone noticing, so it's best not to even bother. Women can get judgy if the wrong people appreciate them in the wrong way.
