I'm making a mixed tape for a cafe. I tried to make an ironic reference to mixed tapes that went over the head of these people completely because they were 20 year old hipsters who still made mixed tapes with ancient cassettes they bought in thrift stores. So instead of being ironically dorky I ended up being really hip which annoyed me.
