Am I the only one who gets major Klingon vibes from The Hu? The Mongolian language reminds me of Klingon, and even their music and lyrics kinda seems to me like what you would expect from Klingons.

There was the old story that the Klingons were initially described as being "Asian-looking" when they were first created for TOS. Later on, aspects of Japanese warrior culture were adapted for the Klingons over the years, IIRC.
