The singer is Mary Z who is also a (harsh) vocal coach and has a channel called Voicehacks, she is really awesome. :mallory:

And Lorna Shore put the entire Pain Remains album online with only the instrumental parts.

Listening to the AI remix of the Beatles' Red and Blue albums. The stunner on the Red (1962-1966) album is "Eleanor Rigby". On the original, you have relatively flat strings, Paul "chorused" into both channels, then he gets shoved, relative to the soundstage, up and to the right. He only gets brought centre stage at "Ah, look at all the lonely people," then gets stuffed into the rafters again.

With the remixed version, you can actually hear John's voice during the opening and closing "Ah, look at all the lonely people." Paul's voice is fixed dead centre of the soundstage with the strings surrounding him. His voice is so clear that it seems a bit raw. It lends a starkness to the song that is appropriate, and quite fitting.

Everything I've heard shows a judicious use of AI to bring these classic songs into true stereo in an authentic, enjoyable way.

He Ain't Heavy... both versions!

When I first heard this (over an admittedly not so good antiquated speaker system), I initially thought it might have been Aerosmith. It was after I did some digging with an A.I. that I found I couldn't have been more wrong...
