I never much liked the idea for "Wrapped Around Your Finger." No, I was kind of pissed off about that one. I've never been much of a fan of that song, actually. Sting got to shoot his part last in that video and made a meal of knocking all the candles out. Fuck him.

I always wondered if any of them got burned by all the candle wax.

-Not sure if this one's already been linked in this thread yet.

Magic City
Piano: Jerry Martin
Soprano Saxophone: Rock Hendricks
Violin: Darol Anger
Composer: Jerry Martin
"Patternistic minimalism evoking the "tinkering" nature of creating a city. Uses "inside piano" effects. The basic rhythm was created by drumming on the strings inside the baby grand piano with a pencil." - Jerry Martin

No lie, I always wondered if the barefooted Sting got hurt stepping on the knocked over candles just as the video faded to black.

I woke up with this playing in my head. Adam loved Pink Floyd. This is for him, my uncle, my friend's nephew, my husband's college friend, and all the other lost souls.

No matter how he tried
He could not break free
And the worms ate into his brain

I'm not listening to anything right now, but I have been watching all sorts of music videos over the last week or two. Here are some of my favorites:
The Pretty Reckless - Only Your Love Can Save Me Now. Not embeding because there is some almost nudity in this one, almost because the lead sing Taylor Momsen is wearing a dress, but it's very thin, white, soaking wet, and leaves nothing to the imagination.
Halestorm - Back From the Dead

My dad doesn't drive his car much so every sunday we'll take the car out for a spin just to make sure that everything is fine and the battery is charged, he's in his late '70's and quite open about music, he likes Alestorm and other metal and rock bands like Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless but a lot of times he just listens to AC/DC.
