Avril Lavigne "Goodbye"
Return to innocence-Enigma
Muse - Time is Running Out
Some radio station with current stuff on it - I think they are called One Direction?
And now, so am I.
They're like a boy-band of Justin Beibers. They were on the UK X-Factor last year (not very good live- they came 3rd, which was mostly due to the "cute" factor. Teenage girls love(d) them.). Now they've somehow made international success... they've just recently broken into the US.
Some of their music is catchy but forgettable, and some of it's really unlistenable, but that's just me.
Anyway, I'm listening to...
There are worse things to listen to...
"I Believe In A Thing Called Love" - The Darkness
According to this website, they suggest listening to it with the following drink:
I like the way it says "1 bottle" implying "Box" may be a brand name. Sounds like something Australians would do for a lark, sell bottles under the name Box.
Either that or someone at Drinkify thinks if you like Muse you deserve rotgut.
The Birthday Massacre "Happy Birthday"
Don't Let Go ~ The Rasmus
I know, right? I actually have to skip the song when it comes up on my iPod because otherwise I'll be weeping on the subway. I'm not exaggerating when I say I can't get through it without tears.
Also, I'm infinitely jealous of my sister, who had beers with Tim Minchin when he was in Seattle.
Another of my favorites of his:
I can't get enough of this song.
I have listened to this a million times and love to send it/post it at Xmas time.. also tend to quote it when drinking white wine in the sun with my family Very lovely and charming and real.
Chevelle "Send The Pain Below"
I can't get enough of Adele, period. Her songs touch my soul. Have so been there.
