What is the best Starfleet Bridge design?

Wow. That's actually pretty good. Did you make them from the Ertl kit or completely from scratch?

EDIT:

Looking around your site I see that it's largely scratch-built. LOVE your model of the Ent-D bridge as well as the work you did on the DeLorean model. Fantastic looking stuff, big kudos to you. I would love to have that Ent-D model bridge!

Thanks. The Cage bridge was a modification of the ERTL kit, but the others were all totally from scratch.

I had thoughts of doing another one at the time (such as Ops from DS9), but they take so freakin long to do and I just don't have the patience for it anymore. :p

The STVI bridge is my favorite but I like all the bridges for the first two Enterprises. My least favorites are:

Enterprise C
Voyager
Defiant
Klingon Bridges of any sort except the STIII BoP.

My favorite was actually the bridge at the beginning of STIII. It was basically the same STII bridge, but the colors were a bit brighter and grayer, and it just had a really cool atmosphere to it.

Unfortunately we only got that brief look at it early on, and the lights were dimmed down for the rest of the movie. :(

Speaking of bridges, here are a few scratchbuilt bridges I made long ago (to the same scale as the old ERTL bridge kit), if anyone's interested.

I love your refit model.

Nice work Dave. Those came out really well:bolian:

Mmm...

Bad Robot's The Kelvin (perfect blend of The Cage and TUC bridges with new displays.) and the Enterprise (what the Planet of the Titans, Phase II movie, Phase II tv series and TMP bridges could have been . With new displays.)

The Cage
TOS 25th Anniversary and Judgement Rites
TOS and TWOK Star Trek Online. Big I say! With a front Window!
TMP (I sold my MEGO TMP bridge. :Sob:I still dream about the chairs.)
TVH
TUC

Star Trek In the Pirkinning (ST and B5 parody crossover. Perfect blend of the TWOK bridge with the displays changed to the Okudagrams from TVH.)

Star Trek Tactical Assault (Same.) I cannot find a pic for the Tactical Assault bridge. Anyone have one?

Star Trek Starfleet Academy 1 and 2 (Same. But with the TUC chairs and Conn/centre seat. New displays for the game.) This is my favorite bridge.

Star Trek Lexington (a combination of TOS, TMP, TWOK, TVH,
TFF and TUC bridges.)

Star Trek Starfleet Command I and II. (With Star Fleet Battles icons.)

Star Trek Lexington (a combination of TOS, TMP, TWOK, TVH,
TFF and TUC bridges.)

No Klingon option? Drat! :techman:

Great Job Dave! :Applause: I gotta convince LEGO, Art Asylum Minimates and Playmates to do a bridge
