 I sometimes get a cramp on the bottom of my foot when I'm sleeping, which must be dependant on how I'm lying. Quickly shifting the position of my leg takes care of it. The only time I've had bad lower leg cramps at night was when I was pregnant. They were sometimes so bad I'd leap out of bed, huge baby bump and all, and limp around the room trying to walk off the muscle spasms. They hurt like hell, but disappeared once the baby arrived.

Potassium. Good for cramps. OR not getting them.

My dad used to tell me that "you can live on bananas!" Of course this is not true, but still.

they are a pretty perfect fruit. alas that they are not bacon.

Of course we all know about bananas and bacon. But don't forget peanut butter. Because, you know, Elvis.

Is peanut butter a fruit or a vegetable?

A food group, at least in our house. My younger son has sensory issues with food and for most of his life would only eat peanut butter in his sandwiches. Over the past year he's also begun to eat ham sandwiches, but peanut butter is still the number one choice.

39, and I still get carded every now and then...lol

My current diet combines gluten-free foods, as well as a high fat/low carb diet. And, my excercise regiment is trying to get a certain running time going (2 miles under 30 minutes) and get my abs in order; they've been neglected for a long time...

Not to mention more gorgeous, but hey, that's another thread and conversation altogether. Bunny is always great. ;)

Well, I turned 40 five hours ago. Feels good. Or at least more 40-ish and grizzled than 39 was.

Congratulations, and happy birthday! Today, you are a man, as the saying goes, or something like that. ;)

Trey Parker and Matt Stone wrote a song about being or becoming a man. I might have to look it up online and listen to it again.
