I sometimes get a cramp on the bottom of my foot when I'm sleeping, which must be dependant on how I'm lying. Quickly shifting the position of my leg takes care of it. The only time I've had bad lower leg cramps at night was when I was pregnant. They were sometimes so bad I'd leap out of bed, huge baby bump and all, and limp around the room trying to walk off the muscle spasms. They hurt like hell, but disappeared once the baby arrived.You're basically the zen master of having enough electrolytes.I am crampless.
Potassium. Good for cramps. OR not getting them.
