Any Medical practitioner is barred from "Dating" a patient. be it a Dentist or anything, That's what medical ethics now says. As soon as he was becoming involved he'd have to step away as her Doctor.
That said I would have liked to see them follow up the relationship
And why is that? Why would a dentist be barred from dating his patient? That doesn't make any sense. And why do you put dating between quotes? Do you mean to say something else? If so, what is that?
Why? I am not a medical practitioner, so I've never looked into it,. but I do know that's it's not allowed, you can lose your license doing it. My understanding is when you are emotionally involved with a patient, you may not be able to make decisions effecting the Patient's Health.
as for putting Dating in quotes different people have different definitions for Dating. it can be an imprecise term. What some people call seeing each other, others will call dating, depending on the level of commitment.
