If you're an actor, there should be no difference in skeeviness between kissing boys and kissing girls, no matter what gender you are, even if Berman and Braga do sound just like Bevis and Buthead off in the distance watching their porn fantasies unfold.
If Jennifer has cause to kiss another girl (acting kissing is not the same as real kissing) it would have been in Warlord when Tieran (The Warlord inside Kes) was telling his wife that he was back form the dead and that she still had the same obligations to this new body as she did to the old.

But also, I don't think you quite understand what "Nazi" means when used this way. Nazis were known for "making the trains run on time", or make things run orderly and by the rules, even if it required brutality to do so. I would hardly consider B&B to have made scripts OR canon to "run on time".
Ever since the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, "Nazi" in this context is a bossy jerk who thinks that s/he has absolute power, which isn't too different form the regular and original use of the word.

It's going to come to the point some day when Jennifer will need some money for the family or to build an extension on the house, and she'll be exceptional in some new motion picture.
