What games are you playing currently?

I've been playing a lot of Stellaris lately, on the PS5. The PS4 edition, even running on the PS5, had a nasty habit of crashing as the save progressed, but the PS5 edition has so far been stable, even if it gets quite slow as one nears the endgame. I'd love to take it for a spin in multiplayer, but coordinating that time-wise to have a lengthy, meaningful game would be hard.

So I'm still playing Mario Kart Wii Deluxe X, and it even has re-created Mario Kart World tracks among the 700+!

Then I learned about Insane Mario Kart Wii 3.0.

5,232 tracks.

It took an age to set up, but it's working and seems to have almost everything Deluxe X has, as well as thousands more tracks, extra characters like Funky Kong, new power-ups and something called Mission Mode which I haven't even tried yet. The track quality is extremely variable, some are very amateur while others are high quality. But 5232 tracks is just... insane.

I just started playing Temtem on the Switch. Plays pretty well so far. I've run into some lag, but it's not a big deal.

I finally got a PS5 today, and my first game I started was Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and I also got Star Wars Outlaws. I had debated between Outlaws and Spider-Man: Miles Morales, but it was $4(something) and Outlaws which was only $19.99, and since I was already getting Rift Apart, I decided to with the cheaper game.
Rift Apart is just blowing me away so far, it has been fantastic, I'm a of Rachet & Clank and it has definitely been one of the best games in the series.
I've also been playing Hogwarts Legacy through the Amazon Luna game streaming service and it's been great so far too.

I downloaded and have been playing the free trial of Fry Cry 6, and a couple hours in and I'm really enjoying it so far. I did have one unintentionally funny moment, I had Dani pet the horse she had been riding and she called it a good girl, but it walked past and I couldn't help but notice that it was an anatomically correct male, and then it turned and walked away and it turned it out was a very anatomically correct stallion. So very much not a girl. I'm assuming that must have been a glitch or just a default thing she say no matter the horse's sex.

You should get the whole game when it's on sale it's fun

I do miss the days of there being "differences" in games released.

Date Everything, gifted to me on Steam.... I would never in a million years have bought a game like this so getting it free is a bonus. WTF is this?

My game ended in five minutes when I went out of the house and got two trophies, "touch grass" and "speed run" and now not sure what to do with this game.
