What games are you playing currently?

I've been playing some Dragon Ball Xenoverse on PS3. Its a decent action/rpg/fighter thing. Its probably not very compelling unless you like the source material, but I'm enjoying it so far.

I'm about 30 hours into Just Cause 3, an open-world action game that could be much improved by better target location. I seem to be spending a lot of my time in vast areas looking for the last few enemy assets to destroy. Aside from that, it's an excellent power fantasy with a very forgiving difficulty level (which is kind of necessary given the extreme mayhem and the extensive use of the wingsuit).

OMG I am getting that tomrrow.

I just started Just Cause 2 again but I hate those codes you have to put in especially the final one near the end which always is impossible for me.. I would have killed for a cheat program for those stupid things.

HALO 5 BECAUSE LOOK WHAT I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS!

Oh, and I made a mistake upthread. I said "Halo 5" and meant "Halo 4". The system came with the Master Chief collection, and you get Halo:SC, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4. It is so awesome. :D :D :D

I just played through all of that. Pretty amazing flicking back and fourth between what it looked like before and what it looks like note on the first 2. But I got bored playing all 4 back to back. You can add ODST to the collection pretty cheap too.

Still playing Fallout 4 (and at my rate probably for all of 2016 ) and some Elite: Dangerous on the side.

I can't wait for XCom 2 though to be released on February 5th :techman:

Still screwing around with AC: Syndicate. It's fun, but the story just isn't that engaging, so I only find myself playing for maybe 30-40 minutes at a time and then putting it down, instead of some games I've played that basically took over my life.

I've been playing Deadpool on PS3. The combat is simple but fun, and they nailed the tone and humor of Deadpool.

I've actually been having more fun than I expected with The Old Republic.

This time round, I've stuck with it enough to get off the first planet.

Tried playing some Destiny and some Dragon Age Inquisition recently with no luck. Can't read the font -_-. So onto printing out the controls for each game so I an at least do that... play the games.

I'm going to reinstall The Witcher (Enhanced Edition). The first time round, I really didn't get into it, but maybe this time it'll different. It has been for TOR anyway.

If I do get into it, I'll probably pick up the second and third at some point.

I got The LEGO Movie Videogame plat on Sunday and I started playing Everybody's Gone to the Rapture earlier today.

I am in the process of debate over The Witcher. It's on GOG now and they sell DRM free so it's kind of tempting. Come to think of it the original disk I had before I lost it was also DRM free by the look of it till I lost the disk. CD Projekt don't believe in DRM or are they just fun people?

I'm playing Thief since it's December's Games with Gold giveaway, which is awesome. The game involves sneaking, and stealing, without major violence of any kind (so far). I love those types of games.

I uninstalled the Halo Master Chief Collection because I found out that:

A) On the Xbox One, all games are installed to the hard drive! I have a 500GB drive, and each Xbox One game file size averages anywhere between 15 and 50 GB each.

B) I couldn't justify using 65GB of precious HDD space for a game I played only a few times (I didn't get into Halo 1,2, or 3), and you can't install one Halo without installing them all.

I'm hoping more Xbox 360 games become backwards compatible, as I had a large library of digital games. The plus side is that since they're much smaller, I can easily hold all of them on this 500 GB drive and still have room for a number of Xbox One games, that is if they are made compatible.

Still, it looks like I won't be building a large collection of games, unless I plan on buying a massive external drive, so I'll just have to be careful.
