This post brings back so many bad memories.
Baseball is serious business in the 100 Acre Woods.
Well, I beat Owl. I grinded for a bit on Rabbit to get points to build up my control stat, and then it wasn't so bad. Tigger, on the other hand, seems like he could be a real problem regardless of stats. When he pitches, the ball turns invisible halfway to the plate, so it's obviously tricky to get the timing right. He also varies the speed of his throws, so you can't memorize the timing. You have to watch each ball until it disappears, move your bat to the proper position, and then calculate the timing anew each time. I'll get him eventually.
I'll probably grind my stats to max on Rabbit before I face Christopher. I am going to beat this game.
For a second there I was sensing an imminent challenge to our own Christopher for some kind of TBBS throwdown
I'm still plugging away on Pokemon Y (3DS), and my wife and I are making our way through the excellent Donkey Kong Country Returns: Tropical Freeze (Wii U).
I'm mostly playing Dynasty Warriors 7, Batman: Arkham Asylum (my third playthrough) and Minecraft, all for PS3.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (PC, of course)
Playing more of the same. Only real changes is I've been giving FTL another spin with the enhanced edition out and I've been playing the alpha of Galactic Civilisations III.
AC: Black Flag, which is great, and I'm pleasantly surprised how many elements from the Ezio trilogy's gameplay have returned in the land-based locations such as Havana.
Double Dragon Neon (PS3).
I'm not a huge fan of the game, but I do love me some beat 'em ups. The awesome 80's humour and kicking soundtrack elevates the game beyond its mediocre gameplay.
Just picked up Dead Island in a Steam sale this past week. Having a zombie-smashing blast.
18 hours into The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (PC).
That's after 70-80(?) hours or so on PS3.
Knocked it out in a sitting. Finished Tigger with level 15s... not sure why is says "All Clear" when it gives you another level and a goal for it though. Will have to go back to finish that one, was still quite a ways off after my first two attempts.
Elderscrolls Online. It's quite fun.m
Does Microsoft Spider Solitaire count?
Final Fantasy X. Will be doing some training tonight.
27 hours into current The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim playthrough.
Yeah, Christopher is quite challenging. I can hit most of his pitches, but I'm not sure what to do when he throws one of those zigzag balls. My record so far is 35.
Just started Batman: Arkham Origin. Doesn't seem anywhere near as good as the previous 2 but should be good enough to keep my interest for a while.
Holy &^%$n this game is brutal...
Arkham Asylum and Left for dead 2..
Separate names with a comma.
