What Episodes have you not seen in a Very Long Time?

Are there episodes of TNG where you watch them and you have to wonder what that episode is even though you've seen the series like 20+ times. I had that happen last night when the local station here was playing Fistful of Data's. I turned it on to when Riker started quoting Ode to Spot and I thought it was "Frame of Mind." Then I continued watching for a while and it was Fistful of Data's and I realized I have not seen this episode for ever. I really do think when I get home I should just pick an episode from each season (Including FOD) that I haven't seen in forever and watch it.

Does this happen to you at all and what episodes do you think it's time to revisit?

I haven't seen an episode of TNG in about 3 years. Even longer for a majority of season 2. And to this day I have never seen "Shades of Gray" despite owning it on DVD.

Most of them. I don't own any TNG, nor do I ever watch it in reruns. I did manage to catch an episode or two during some Thanksgiving marathon last week, but that's the most TNG I've seen in years.

I used to watch TNG a lot on YouTube. I picked out all the good episodes and ones with recurring plotlines (K'ehleyr, Ensign Ro, etc.) and haven't watched it at all since. I've been considering watching it all from first to last but haven't had the time to sink into a project like that.

I'm just rewatching TNG again watched the episode called The Wounded today great episode. I was surprised how the cardys looked in that episode there costumes were well different and there hair is shorter as well. Got the bug for TNG again after watching several episodes on one of our digital channels last weekend, so I started to watch it again got myself off to a good start watched best of both worlds parts one and two now watching season 4 great stuff !!!!

Data,s day another great episode LOL when data was shown how to dance from the dacing doctor funny as !!!

It has been a very long time since I watched "The Most Toys", though I often remember the scene in which Picard reads 'This was a man; take him for all in all, I shall not look upon his like again'.

I haven't seen Sub Rosa for ages, and I don't plan on changing that any time soon ;)

The Dauphin is another one that springs to mind, also I, Borg (I might rewatch that tonight though.

There's probably a lot more but I can't remember them. Oh the one where Lwaxana and Alexander share that mudbath, can't remember what that one was called.

Chain of Command, which I only rewatched about 2 weeks ago. I haven't watched many 2nd season episodes lately...but I love watching 1st season episodes.

I haven't seen most of the episodes from seasons 1 and 2 since they aired over twenty years ago. I am in no hurry to revisit them.

I avoided them for awhile in the 90s, but since revisiting them in the 2000s, I was surprised at the good pacing of most of the episodes, the great photography (more contrasty and movie-like than later years) and several great concept stories, of which Where No One Has Gone Before stands out to me. The Image G FX are somewhat subpar, but the ILM stock shots really are classy and well done.

I have quite a fondness for the Season 1/2 episodes. Something about the overly 80s production quality that emphasises the nostalgia for me :)

Like Mr. Peany, I haven't seen Shades of Grey yet despite watching Seasons 1 - 7 in a marathon last year. Once I heard it was a clip show, I had no desire to watch it.

SoG is actually maybe 'half' a 'clip show', the rest of it is pretty much a Riker story. It's worth a watch to make your own conclusions about it. Its by no means in my top 50 or anything, but there is a hell of a lot worse on TV.

I refuse to watch Sub Rosa ever again, last time I saw it was in '94.

I watched Genesis as a very young child when it first aired and it scared the crap outta me! I still havent watched it again since! I also haven't seen some of the bad ones in a long time, like "Force of Nature". I saw that one like 8 or 9 years ago and I hope I never see it again. I just watched "Identity Crisis" - or the one where Geordi turns blue- for the first time since I was a child.

I've been watching seasons one and two for the first time in 20 years (they're being broadcast on Channel One in the UK). I am surprised by how different they are to latter episodes, I mean, you watch Voyager or DS9 and the production values are pretty constant, but TNG just feels so different at the beginning than at the end. I am also surprised by how many good episodes there are amongst the bad. A Matter Of Honour has been a real highlight for me thus far.

The one that I've avoided rewatching the longest is probably Dark Page. I just don't really care for it. I've never been much of a Lwaxanna fan in general

There are still about 20 episodes I've never seen, even though I started watching TNG ten years ago. Go figure. I got back into watching Trek earlier this year, and I've been making my way through the series again. I didn't think I had seen Ensigns of Command, but I remembered the aliens from the episode, so I guess it was a good 10 years between seeing the episode.

Saw Manhunt for the first time in twenty years last night.

Dissapointing that the last twenty minutes were so poor compared to the first twenty. It starts out really well, is genuinely funny, with Picard's discomfort and Data's annecdotes. Then it goes nowhere. Very dissapointing.
