Hello fellow Star Trek fans,
Sorry if this question is duplicated on this forum. I tried searching for the answer and came up empty.
I can't seem to figure out what episode of TNG this picture used in many memes is from.

Also, I have heard the reference of Captain Picard saying "Dammit, Q!" but can't seem to figure out what episode that occurred in either. Or did this quote not happen at all?

I must have missed that episode while going through the series.
Anyone have any idea on whether "Dammit, Q!" or "Damn it, Q!" is an actual quote spoken by Captain Picard?
