i have seen almost every VoY/TNG/DS9 episode this never happened on screen or did i miss something big?

It's the trailer from First Contact, stuff they didn't use in the movie.

First Contact trailer, like others have said. I think they just spliced Voyager into footage from The Best of Both Worlds to make it look new, since they needed a trailer and didn't have enough actual footage from the movie.
