I liked the baseball caps worn in Season 1 of ENT. The caps gave a more contemporary feel to 22nd century space exploration.
They should have worn crocs too.
Hey, they were Starfleet. Not the Manson Family. 
And a U.S. Navy one. Starfleet may not officially be a military organization but it sure behaves and dresses like one. 
I thought profit was out of the question in the Federation.
Or have the Ferengi taken over?

Never cared for the dark tones of the FC uniforms. Loved the TNG uniforms but the DS9 uniforms have always been and remain my favorite. When I finally invest in a Starfleet uniform, it's going to be one of those. I'm glad to see that more color and less heavy fabric has returned to the standard Starfleet uniform.
I hate the FC uniforms but I find these "Star Trek Picard" uniforms a radical change from the last; this has been the thing since TWOK. I would have loved to see a natural progression in the uniforms, more like a transition in design; for me, I believe TMP designs were a natural progression from TOS but the colors were completely wrong. The fact is this new series is not Starfleet centric so any progressions are irrelevant.I don't understand why Starfleet constantly has to change the uniforms.
I thought Starfleet was an organisation for space exploring and not a fashion house.
As I see it, the TNG uniforms were the best, followed by those in the first seasons of DS9 and Voyager.
It was the best uniforms since TOS and was a nice nod to the Colonist Coveralls from "This Side Of Paradise"; the design is so Star Trek and I was thrilled to see it debut on DS9 and later in a TNG movie.

Meh. But my fave Trek uniforms were the black and greys. My LEAST fave were the Voy/early DS9. When First Contact came out, Siskel and Ebert said something like it was the first time they had ever seen Trek people dressed in real-looking uniforms and not in some kind of spacey pajamas. :-)
