A lovely early dinner at a local place, Panda Garden. It's a mom & pop Chinese restaurant. The food is good, the service is great but it's a bare bones little place. They decorated the front with stuffed Panda bear toys, so it doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a great, cheap little place.
