I went to a Portuguese restaurant and had piri piri garlic prawns followed by lamb and vegetable casserole cooked with red wine. I washed it down with Grao Vasco red wine. Very nice.

'Mexican Egg McMuffins'

Jalapeno English Muffins, chili aioli, pepper jack cheese, salsa, and jalapeno peppers. Once made, they are individually wrapped in parchment paper to sit for two minutes before serving to let the moisture permeate throughout. Yummy.

I made some beef chili in a crock pot...cooked it all day and damn was it good...made my apartment smell like heaven.
