Made some tacos for dinner tonight
BBQ Salmon and steamed potatoes.
Sort of skipped an official dinner because I got to enjoy a lot of Memorial Day BBQ with a couple of friends. I basically just reheated some leftover pasta just to finish it off once and for all and washed it down with some diet soda.
Shrimp and bok choi, house rice, and egg rolls from Jade Garden.
Hubby made Sloppy Joes last night. I appreciated that he made dinner, but I really don't like Sloppy Joes.
I had some baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken stuffing and biscuits.
Subway sandwich
BBQ Chicken Sandwich.
Celery sticks. (Wasn't that hungry.)
Teriyaki pork, peas and rice.
BBQ Rib-eye steak, potato salad, and green salad.
Tuscany Ham and Grilled Cheese sandwich along with a Greek Salad.
Guilt inducing movie theatre pizza with ham, pepperoni, and sausage.
BBQ Steak and potatoes.
Didn't eat dinner last night because I'd had an enormous steak tartare with all the trimmings for a late lunch...
