Rigatoni with ground beef, mushrooms, bacon, and a bit of diced chicken.
No formal, official dinner per se. Just snacked a little and drank diet soda.
It was cold and rainy today so grilled cheese sandwiches on sourdough bread and piping hot chicken soup.
We had a late lunch, so we really didn't have dinner. I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and that was all I wanted.

Went to my parents for Sunday dinner and had Roast Pork, Roast Potatoes and carrots, steamed Broccoli, with gravy. For dessert we had home made Blueberry Peach bread pudding with some Greek Yogurt and Honey.
Ikea Swedish meatballs with cream sauce and mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam on the side. People always rave about these. The meatballs resembled dog food with salt. Might make this someday myself with my own meatballs which are delicious.
Kept it simple. Fish sticks and onion rings with ketchup. Didn't feel like doing much cooking at all.
Chicken Stew.

Last night was breaded shrimp (with dipping sauce), asparagus and rice. YUM.
Dinner tonight was ribeye steak, sautéed mushrooms, seasoned green beans and corn.

Curried Chicken and Rice.
I made pork chops with Jamaican "jerk spice." Did not come out as flavorful as I had wanted.
Had Subway and Coke.
A pepperoni and chicken pizza with Diet Coke.
