Went to Boston Pizza with a friend yesterday afternoon...and ordered their Pulled Pork Sliders with fries. Pretty good. Also had a Diet Pepsi.

Didn't feel like cooking or going out to grab anything, so I just noshed on snacks all night. Tortilla chips. Dip. Some potato salad. Nothing big.

Had Brazed Beef on Rice that I warmed up from a couple of weeks ago. I think the microwave zapped it because it didn't taste very good.

HI Admiral,
I had salmon fish with 2 cups of whole wheat pasta and 1 small salad bowl in dinner last night as I have planned to lose weight with regular exercise and diet meals.
