What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

I made vegetarian fajitas. Not bad. Forgot to pick up iceberg lettuce - I usually find it a little too rich for my taste otherwise.

I actually wrote a blog post a year or two ago titled, "Iceberg Lettuce Must Die."

Last night was a mushroom swiss burger from a local diner. I don't even remember what I had for dinner on Sunday evening.

^Hope you are feeling better, ZR!

Last night, I made panko pork chops, zucchini and mac & cheese. Not quite sure that mac & cheese goes with panko pork, but that's what hubby wanted.

I'm starting to feel better now. Thanks for the wishes, everyone. :)

Managed my usual sandwiches this evening.

^^^ Glad to hear you're feeling better, ZR! :)

@auntiehill -- mac and cheese goes with everything. ;)

Had hot dogs and potato wedges for my dinner last night.

My wife is out of town this weekend, so last night I was able to make steak the way I like it: A 1-pound porterhouse, cooked just barely more than rare.

That's all. Didn't need any sides. Just needed my pound of rare steak. Gnawed on the bone later in the evening when I got a bit peckish.

^^^ That sounds like heaven, Timby!

(I haven't had steak in ages due to problems with one of my teeth. And...the way I prefer my steak cooked would make you cry, so I'll say no more about that. ;) )

Last night's dinner was roasted chicken and mixed veggies. Healthy eating later ruined by two strawberry toaster pastries...*sigh*

If it doesn't moo when you cut into it, you're wasting your steak.

Agreed! If I'm out to dinner and someone orders it 'hockey puck' well done, I want to cut their genitals off to prevent the disease from spreading.

Last night was taco night for us. Yummy!

^ :D

I had three Hot Dogs and a cold Flensburger shandy.

I should probably note that I had them while watching the US girls beat France. Very patriotic for someone who isn't even remotely American.
