Last night was flat-iron steak with smashed potatoes and green beans. Can't wait for asparagus to get back in season.

We celebrated our 7th anniversary at Mccormick & Schmick's; hubby was jonesing for some seafood. I had a lovely almond-encrusted trout (in lemon butter) and steamed veggies.

SOOOO good.

Made homemade hamburgers for dinner. With caramelized onions, bacon, mushrooms and Havarti cheese. Also made mashed garlic potatoes with Parmesan. Delicious.

I had Subway for dinner last night... incidentally.

Last night was pretty simple, just linguine with a basic tomato sauce (though I did roast some garlic, minced it up and tossed it in there, too) and turkey meatballs.

This is in my crock pot right now, though. Can't wait for 5:30 p.m.

Thin sliced pork chops marinated in mojo criollo and tapatio, a garden salad with garlic asiago dressing, portabello mushrooms with balsamic vinegar and melted brie, and mixed, steamed vegetables.
