Lemon Pepper Chicken with whole wheat pasta noodles covered in a lemon herb sauce. I also had multigrain french bread with loads of freshly crushed garlic and olive oil and a spinach salad with balsamic vinegarette.

thank goodness the hubs came home today early enough to cook tonight! a burger from the grill w/ cheddar and a luuverly fresh tomato slice! and a salad w/ the rest of the tomato. he gets mad when i don't eat green things.

Last night was ribeye steaks and sweet potato pancakes. Tonight I was super lazy and roasted chicken thighs and legs in the same pan with parsnips, onions and asparagus. Coated everything in the same olive oil, salt, and seasonings before roasting. Just one pan to clean. It was delicious.

I got some DiGiorno pizzas for dinner tonight. I bought some pineapple chunks to go with it. And I drank root beer.

Left over homemeade spag sauce from last night, fresh spag, two cheeses.

Mango puree with vanilla rice.

A big salad with every vegetable imaginable-purple onions, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, cucumbers, shredded carrots, green bell pepper, black olives, snow peas, corn salsa--with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, croutons and turkey bacon bits topped with homemade buttermilk ranch. For dessert freshly sliced strawberries and bananas.

Last night, I was on my own and too tired to make anything, so it was a bowl of Frosted Flakes.
