Red Baron frozen pizza.
Baked spaghetti with pan-charred California-style vegetables.
For dinner, I had chicken, a baked potato and corn.
Thai chicken red curry with coconut rice.
Pork chops and corn on the cob.
I had nothing else in the fridge to make.
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn and peas.
hamburgers, chips and dip and potato salad
Turkey, mashed potatoes/gravy & mixed veggies.
Jasmine rice served beneath a generous portion of fresh vegetables and homemade garlic sauce.
Specifically, Cajun Salmon with shrimp in a white wine kind of sauce, baked potato and broccoli, with cheese biscuits and Caesar salad.
Last night, I was in the throes of a horrific allergy episode and simply didn't feel up to cooking, so my wife (bless her) picked up Subway on her way home from work. The night before that, though, I made pasta pomodoro (I put some bay leaf in there, and it was fantastic) with a Caesar salad (fresh homemade dressing, naturally). Tonight will be baked pork chops, sweet peas, basmati rice (I'll spread my leftover pork marinade over the rice) and a salad, though I haven't decided on the dressing. Maybe some olive oil and squeezed lemon juice.
