Went to Montana's last night and had a BBQ Beef Brisket with fries. It was good, hit the spot actually.

Had it in an Aberdeen Angus steak house along with our tourist guests, and the place was mobbed with football fans, as there was a Manchester United player as well as a former Real Madrid player also dining. Madness.![]()
Ooh, I loooooove scallops - I've never cooked them before, though they don't look hard, but you have inspired me, K'ehlyer.
I made cream of potato soup, which I've made lots of times before, but this time I added some sharp cheddar at the end, and while the original recipe was fine, this was waaaaaaaaaay better. It was only slightly cheesy, but it just tasted so much richer with that cheese in there. I made exactly enough for two of us, which would normally be a good thing, but it was so good that I wish now I'd made extra.
