Tonight ~ chardonnay and a couple of M Lites, oh and chocolate cake for pudding

Tonight I had noodles with baby vegetables and soya chunks. Desert was home made trifle.

Homemade pizza with mozzarella and feta cheese, topped with chicken, mushroom, and black olives.

Was this your first homemade one?

Today, managed some good old curry with rice - mostly carrots and shredded cabbage and the occasional piece of chicken.

Last night, breaded tilapia and corn on the cob.

Tonight? Hubby's out with his loser-friend, so I will have chips and salsa. Salsa counts as a vegetable, doesn't it?

Just a guess I vaguely remember us discussing pizza dough a couple of months back.

I made cheese crusted pork filet with oregano/garlic roasted potatoes and broccoli.

And for dessert, peach millefeuille with vanilla chantilly cream.

That's exactly what I had in mind. I dug out a recipe someone gave me back then, and had a go.

Two chile rellenos, a corn tortilla and some spiced pickled carrots. Entirely too healthy for my tastes, but still good.

That sounds delicious. I haven't had eggplant in at least twenty years because sadly, I'm allergic to it. Shame too, as it seems like it could be very versatile and handy in making vegetarian recipes.
