I was too lazy for cooking and had a takeaway dinner from my neighbours who run a little Asian restaurant:
crispy chicken with veggies and a spicy sauce

And I had a nice surprise: I usually buy 2 fortune cookies with my meal but this time I didn't. When the cook handed me my dinner he grabbed 2 fortune cookies from the basket and gave them to me with a smile. That totally made my day . What a nice guy!

Last night, hubby made burgers, corn and potato salad.

The burgers were from Whole Foods--my was Theo's marinade (which was AWESOME) and his was bacon-cheddar.
