A Wendy's cheeseburger, fries and a Sprite.
@Rhubarbodendron...my mom's partner made the chicken, not sure what she put in it. I know that there was mild curry paste in it, and some type of Indian spice that I forget the name of. It was basically just slow cooked curried chicken in a pan.
Didn't really have dinner last night. Just a bowl of granola.
Spinach lasagna (too much cheese, too little spinach ), slice of garlic bread, salad.
Some remarkably bland pasta and dried out chicken at a restaurant with my in-laws----who are also bland and dried out.

Burger King. Didn't feel like cooking.
Oh, yeah. Been there a hundred times myself. I have no shame in grabbing takeout when I don't feel like cooking. It's not as healthy most of the time as what I'd be making, but screw it.
Ribs. Broccoli and brown rice. Glass of wine. Too many ribs actually.
Ah! Thanks, I think I have a general idea. If I can get a decent chicken in the market on Saturday I'll give it a try =)
yesterday's dinner: fishfingers / fishsticks with a mixed salad and mashed potatos
Kept it relatively simple. Some potato salad and microwavable pasta.
A salad, consisting of green leaf lettuce, kidney beans, tomatoes, and pan fried (in olive oil) tofu seasoned with garlic pepper and sea salt.
Cod and potatoes.
Kept it very light because I'm not feeling well. Some rice and diet soda.
Pork chops, cheesy potato casserole and edamame.
Milk stewed macaroni with Falukorv (a sausage). Pancakes with maple syrup and whipped cream for dessert.
