What Did You Have For Dinner Last Night?

Thanksgiving. Turkey, bacon-wrapped pork, pulled pork, mashed potatoes, stuffing, pepperjack shells and cheese, Jalapeno cornbread muffins and dessert.

For Thanksgiving, I had a small piece of turkey (not much for turkey or meat in general anymore), potato salad, stuffing, a deviled egg (yum!), sweet rolls, and a slice of pumpkin pie.

Aren't deviled eggs simply the best, I try to make them as often as possible.

We had deviled eggs at my dinner as well...two trays full. I must have eaten half a dozen. My arteries are going to pay for it but man, were they good.

turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, biscuits, crangrape juice and for dessert a Claim Jumpers blackberry pie and a claim Jumpers Dutch Apple Pie

I had intended to cook, but when I got around to it it was so late and I was so tired that I just got a Pizza from the Italian around the corner. (With cooked ham, pickled hot peppers and fresh mushrooms)

Since I pigged out on Thursday for Thanksgiving I just noshed on some breadsticks and a little macaroni salad.

Went out to Red Robin with a few friends and got the Whiskey River BBQ Burger, some steak fries and Diet Coke.

I made salmon with red pesto and mozarella :) Asparagus on the side..

Angry Angel wont eat any fishy stuff, so he had some leftover meats and potatoeballs with shredded carrot and pickled cucumber.

Made a chicken tajine, served with couscous which had I added some sundried tomatoes and cashewnuts to, and ovenroasted pumpkin. Used the leftover roasted pumpkin to make a sort of pumpkin-hummus, with tahine (sesameseedpaste), lemonjuice, pepper and salt.
