Home-made potato wedges and baked perch.
Chicken and pasta, with broccoli.
Tofu and veggie fry-up with tikka masala sauce, accompanied by a glass of champagne.
Whole wheat pasta stir fry with spicy turkey sausage and tomatoes from the garden and a glass of Konzelmann Pinot Noir.
I hear ya.. When you gotta have Chef, you gotta have Chef.. I can eat the ravioli cold out of the can...
I was on my own last night, so I chopped up the last couple handfuls of spinach as well as some cherry tomatoes and then sauteed them (using Pam) with some freshly roasted green chile.. I whipped up a quick omelete and stuffed the mixture into it along with the last piece of homemade turkey breakfast sausage.. DELISH!!
Yesterday was a fasting day.

Last night I ate cheese for dinner, and some chillie basil relish.
Pork, and bowtie pasta with pesto sauce.
A couple of large soft taco wraps filled with popcorn chicken chunks and tangy southwestern ranch sauce. Chased it all down with some ice water.

BBQ Steak and a Caesar Salad.
Busy day and no time to cook dinner so I went to McDonald's and ate a chicken club sandwich (lettuce, tomato, bacon, swiss cheese and mayo on a honey bun) with an orange Hi-C.
Nothing complicated. Just some meatloaf and garlic mashed potatoes with some diet soda on ice.
Last night was just chips and salsa. LOTS and LOTS of chips and salsa.

Angel hair pasta with mozzarella and meatball sauce and a little garlic bread. Chased it down with some ice water.
