Went to my parents last night expecting Easter Dinner, but we're having it tonight instead which we have done on occasion. We did have an excellent Frittata along with a green salad, and homemade oatmeal and current cookies for desert.

Had Easter Dinner last night which consisted of: Roast Lamb which was incredible, roast potatoes, these weird candy cane striped Beets which were really good, Butternut squash, and Broccoli. We had oatmeal cookies for desert.
Interesting thing to note if it hasn't already been mentioned.

Had the second serving of the sweet n sour chicken, that I made last night.
Made a quick trip to Hardee's for some grub. A Thickburger, some fries and a diet soda. Didn't feel like cooking at all.
Two cheesesteaks at Citizens Bank Park.
Spicy mushroom chicken and stuffing. I liked it; hubby hated it.

Lemon Chicken
Garlic fried spaghetti.
Pizza and Pepsi.
A rib-eye steak and eggs.
Breaded shrimp (with teriyaki sauce), rice and green beans.
I made a pot roast in a slow cooker for dinner.
Chicken Pot Pie and Coke.
