Pasta and broccoli.
Oven Roasted Herb Crusted Cod, Couscous, Steamed Fresh Broccoli.
It was Canadian Thanksgiving yesterday so I was at my parents place. We had Turkey, Duck (for my bro), roast potatoes, beats, Brussel sprouts, yams, and stuffing. For desert we had pumpkin cheesecake. It was awesome.
Almond encrusted flounder, rice and broccoli. The flounder was surprisingly bland, even with lemon and pepper on it. Phooey.
Pasta with melted cheese with thyme. Left over from yesterday's lunch.
^ Made a new batch of the above and it was good.

Chicken marsala and salad; my date had the pesto linguine and salad. We shared a fabulous bottle of wine and then a tiramisu for dessert.
Pesto chicken over wheat spaghetti.

Tortellini along with seasoned grilled chicken that my Mom made.
Last night, it was potato-encrusted cod, with garlic rice and broccoli. Very tasty, if I do say so myself.
Smoked paprika and thyme chicken, with a side of aubergine and courgettes sprinkled with sundried tomatoes.
^ That sounds yummy! I had left over pasta with some garlic bread.
Pepperoni pizza
Nothing. Didn't eat dinner last night.

Thursday: Caprese sandwich on baguette from Larchmont Village Spirits, Wine & Cheese.
Friday: Fattoush, muhammra, lamb kabobs, hummus, and kibbeh nayyeh at Carousel with the gf.
Saturday: Chicken fried rice at Sri Siam Cafe in North Hollywood.

Pork Tenderloin with a red wine glaze along with boiled potatoes and Broccoli.
I brought some Subway on the way home, as I need to buy some more food.
