What are your top 3 Star Trek television shows?

Very soon this list will also need to include "Prodigy" as an option.
It needs to produce several episodes first.

Not necessarily in that order. The exact order depends on which day you catch me on, but those are firmly in the list.
I like the first series and the newer series better than what came out in the middle. As a child of the '80s and a teenager of the '90s, I'm the exception to the rule of "Your favorite stuff is what came out during your youth." Except the TOS Movies. Those did come out during my youth and they are my favorite of the Trek films. But we're talking about the TV series...

As much as I enjoy TOS, to me it was just never a great show. I enjoyed all the others as well, but both VOY and ENT just have to many weakpoints for me to really make either Top 3. And PIC only has one season sofar, it's too little for me to give a full opinion.
I will say I also absolutely ADORE Lower Decks, and think it brings me back to many of the things I loved about the 90's/early 2000's of Trek.

I find these lists difficult, because there are the shows that I feel are the best, and then there are the shows that I re-watch the most. I have the same problem with ranking the movies. I think TWOK and TUC are the best, but I find myself watching TSFS and Beyond the most.
I think DS9 is probably one of the best series, but I don't rewatch it very much. It doesn't fill the need that TOS or DSC do these days.
My top three are TOS, TAS and Disco. Sometimes ENT will bump out Disco or TAS, and sometimes I will be in a mood for TNG or DS9. I enjoyed Picard, and I suspect that I will be rewatching it more as the second season approaches.
The overriding rule for me usually is: TOS was my first and favorite, and I tend to enjoy the others that are the most TOS-adjacent.

Lower Decks could bump TOS from the 3rd place slot. I need a few more seasons to be sure of that. But its definitely trending towards that outcome.
And even though I rank ENT as the worst series - with an asterisk due to studio interference - despite talking about it the most, I might feel compelled to permanently bump it ahead of Discovery if I am not impressed with the upcoming fourth season for DIS, since it’s been the same about of seasons at this point. And even ENT managed to get it together by then. There’s something wrong if DIS has failed to do the same after this upcoming season.
