Definitely not my oldest, but I've got it on Blu-ray too. It looks great, and the quality really shows off all the money they spent on the sets and effects.

I saw this in the theatre in 3D. The 3D was its only saving grace. It's wasn't all that good. Really, the first two with Tom Holland have been good, the rest not so much.

Wife wanted to watch this film last night. It's not on any streaming service. And the only place I could find a blu-ray was amazon.de. So I had to find it through other methods. What I got isn't great, but the film is a good watch. I hadn't seen it since I was a kid.

Continued season 2 of Hannibal after it hit Netflix. The season 2 episodes aren't properly encoded on Prime. I would get this wavy effect in the episodes. This is fixed on Netflix, so I'm continuing my watch.

This is a nice documentary about the different places that Jane Austen lived.

Arrow will be releasing Forbidden Planet in 4K for the first time this September. It'll look even better than the nearly 20-year-old transfer we've currently got.
I might have to check that out! It's always nice to see older movies getting 4K releases. I recently purchased the 4K Criterion release of Stray Dog (1949) and got a chance to watch it tonight, and it was a massive quality improvement from the DVD I had before.
