What are you watching???

Just finished watching Ghost in the Shell: SAC for the first time.

I enjoyed it a lot, but I can't say I was impressed with either season's finale. They get themselves into some interesting situations, only for the final episodes to just resolve everything without much fuss.

Let's see.. Lots of genre viewing last night...
* 2 episodes of Bad Batch over on D+
* 1 episode of Vikings over on Netflix
* 2 episodes of Star Trek: Discovery over on P+

(Side Thought: I have TOO MANY streaming services .... ;) )

Looking at clips from "Blake's 7." Good GOD, I loved that show when I was a teenager.

Avon was one of the greatest characters EVER .
"Show me someone who believes in anything, and I'll show you a fool."

watched the old 1980s movie The Four Seasons on Netflix earlier tonight. also finishing watching the last few minutes of Demetri Martin's new stand up special on Netflix. Not bad but not as funny as his older stuff when he was on Comedy Central like 18 years ago

After being told how good The Expanse is for years I eventually decided to start watching it.

Season 1 done, I hope it improves, found it quite slow and the acting seems poor, though it may be intended for the characters to come across this way.

Will give Season 2 a go but it's not grabbed me yet.

Last week I finished watching the first season of Xena: Warrior Princess and started Season 3 of McCleod's Daughters. I watch a ton of other stuff new stuff, they are just the shows I've been watching when I'm caught up on everything else.

I found season 2 to be MUCH better than season 1.

For myself, I got up to about episode 4 on my first run. I had the first couple of books for a holiday trip, throughly enjoyed those, then returned to the show.

Enjoyed it a lot more then and at some point need to schedule a rewatch.
