Went out to Tyler last night, had the theater to myself when I watched Tenet on the BigD screen in Theater 7.

Been watching TNT's The Closer via HBO Max since I got in last night, up to the third season finale, 'Next of Kin, Part Two', now.

Been watching Borgen over on Netflix. A Danish import, kinda like Denmark's West Wing or something of that ilk. Liking the cast, very good acting but the storylines are sometime predictable and it does drag a bit sometimes...

Stumbled onto Doom Patrol over on HBOMax last night. Caught the first two episodes. What a weird and wild show. Will be watching more...

Period romance drama set in a sci-fi frame work. Primarily set in 1760's Scotland (to start) a time traveling woman falls for a handsome Scottish clansmen. Love, sex, war and battle ensue. Very romance drama stuff, big hit with Mrs.Q2. Subsequent seasons involve more time travel, some new characters and eventually relocation to Colonial America.

Well, it's a bit more epic than a soap, but there are soap elements. Production values are pretty darn high. The thing is, it's pretty damn good. I watch it too. I'd say give it a chance and watch the first few episodes. It really has a great cast and the chemistry between the leads is believable. It's a good show, you might be pleasantly surprised...

Have been watching Doom Patrol over on HBOMax. Season one was quirky, funny and irreverent, pretty good. Started season two and it has slipped straight into stupid stuff. I believe that there was producer changes between seasons and it wasn’t for the better. Thinking of bailing on the show at this point, no longer enjoying it and it’s becoming a slog to get through
