I'm trying to rewatch all of House of Cards so I can view the last 8 episodes but it's so bad. It's amazing how great the first two seasons were and how quickly it became garbage in seasons 3-4-5 (and I'm guessing 6). I'm assuming the showrunner left after the second season.

They trimmed just enough content to keep it TV-14 level, and padded with commercials. I didn't think the acting was very good.

I rather liked Oceans 8. I didn't have a lot of expectations but enjoyed it for what it was.

What actually was cut? I have no desire to watch either version but am curious what they had to cut. I have lady friend who read the book and thought the books writing style was ordinary.
Black Swan is depressing but that if it were put on TV they'd have to trim a bit here and there, one love scene in particular.
Watching nothing right now per say, other than playing some vidya games. Given the midterms... there's not a lot on tv. 
Well, I've yet to see the original, but I have seen all the Clooney ones besides 8 and I prefer 8 over 12 and 13.

I keep fantasizing a crossover with them and Detective Munch and Olvia Benson meet the crew of the TARDIS with Doctor 13.
Oh and love Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom and wonder what the aftermath of the movie will be now that those critters are in the open world.

I watched indeed two of the older episodes including Adam Beach. They are the only ones currently shown on German TV. But I also like the newer seasons with Amaro, Rollins and Carisi.
I have lost interest since Mariska became a producer on the show. It just doesn't feel the same.

Tonight: HORROR OF FRANKENSTEIN. It's supposed to be dreadful, but it's the only Hammer FRANKENSTEIN movie I've never seen. Imagine my excitement to discover that it's available On Demand.
