What are you watching???

Kyle Chandler in "Friday Night Lights", one of the most amazing acting performances I've ever seen, on TV or wherever. Just superb.

I watched Agent Carter two parter, Face Off and Finding Your Roots. I'm also beginning a rewatch of most of Kevin Smith films. I haven't watched most of them in a long time, so I started with Clerks, Mallrats and Chasing Amy.

There are comic books set between and during the movies.

Clerks The lost Scene, tells the story of what happened at the Funeral.

Chasing Dogma is a 4 issue limited series that contects Chasing Amy and Dogma.

Others, there's probably a wiki somewhere. :)

NCIS tonight. Got a fair few things to catch up on the TIVO though at some point. (Deadline Gallipoli, Scorpion, Brooklyn Nine-Nine amongst others)

The War & Peace mini-series, prt 1.

I really like Paul Dano but he's completely wrong for the part of Pierre.

I finished Season 3 of Orphan Black.

It's interesting: The show seems more stronger when it's focused on the female clones, not so much when the male clones are put into the stories...as evidenced by other comments on the site where I watched this 3rd season.

Not too mention, the show has a lot going on now which can be confusing for some as also evidenced by the comments. However, the show has shown itself to be smart so I'm going to be positive and say that certain things will be covered in the next season.

There is one plot line that seemed to be temporarily dropped: The detective using the recovering druggie/alcohol abuser to track my favorite clone Allison.
Glad you're enjoying the show. As for the dropped plot, they ended with with Donnie's takedown in the van.

I'm hoping Season 4 will go back to the season 1 feel now they brought back neolution. On my recent rewatch of Season 3 though, I did like the Castor Clones, but the series main focus is Tatiana Maslany and we just know the Female clones longer.

PBS Mercy Street. Roxanne Dawson directed the first three episodes.

Half way into the pilot, I finally saw through his beard, and #### me, it's Josh Radnor from How I Met Your Mother. I had been lamenting the poor boy just days earlier thinking about how everyone else in the cast had seemed to have "made it" apart from Josh.

:)

I'm watching Tusk (2014), a Kevin Smith movie which is odd.

There's an old man telling stories, and I'm almost sure, that he's going to be pouring fine cuts of Justin Long into his stew pot later int he night as soon as the drugged tea takes effect.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail, from my DVD collection.

Looking forward to the X-Files premiere this Sunday.

I like Kevin Smith, but Clerks is the only film of his that I can still watch, and even that looks like someone's final project for a film class to me now.

I just watched the episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine where Jake and Holt have the mumps.

I laughed so hard I had tears rolling down my cheeks. Literal tears.

Graham Norton Show

Hugh Laurie discussing straight outta Compton with Ice Cube. Kevin Hart on the Coronation Street set. The world is getting smaller.

The Voice

Boy George isn't really adding that much thus far but Paloma Faith is an improvement. Rita Ora was just banal.
