What are you watching this summer?

Kirby

Rear Admiral
Rear Admiral
What's on your viewing schedule until the new fall season starts?

On DVD I'm watching The Greatest American Hero, seasons 3 and 4 of Frasier, and season 1 of I Spy

On broadcast tv I'm watching baseball, Wipeout and The Next Food Network Star

DVDs, mostly. But also...

Persons Unknown - hey it doesn't totally suck. They need to stop playing musical chairs with the scheduling tho.

Farscape - very happy that it's back so we have one show definitely worth watching.

Will check out Haven and Covert Affairs in the next week or so.

Already gave up on The Gates. Maybe will give it one last shot.

Re-watching "The X-Files" on instant Netflix, though I am already in the middle of Season 7 and will probably be done with the whole show in a couple weeks (I've been skipping a lot of the filler and mostly watching the mythology episodes).

After that I plan to ransack my Netflix queue and watch as many things as I can until August when LOST Season 6 comes out.

Futurama
Burn Notice
Warehouse 13
Probably Eureka, when it comes back shortly.

We've also been going through Red Dwarf, since Hubby's never seen it before. We also polished off Slings & Arrows via Netflix. I just ADORED that series; it was brilliant.

Farscape & any available Enterprise - whenever I get a shot at T.V. Missed Farscape 1st time round; it was on at work then but there was too much popping to catch more than snatches.

I've been revisiting Enterprise this summer, but also been watching:

Hell's Kitchen
Baseball
World Cup Soccer
Reruns of Glee

And I have to admit, I've been interested in WWE Raw lately. This whole Nexus storyline is actually quite good, and I'm interested to see what happens. Yeah, it's probably taboo to mention the WWE here (Not many talk about it at least), but it's a guilty pleasure.

Two mentions of Farscape in this thread. It's not back on TV is it? Not that it matters since I have the DVDs, but I've been waiting for news about the series for a while and it seems like this webisode project is kinda done. What's the point on doing it now.

The Nexus stuff has been interesting, and thankfully they avoided a tricky situation with Wade Barrett's work permit.

I think Temis got her F's mixed up. I think she meant Futurama, not Farscape.

Whatever happened to those Farscape webisodes they were supposed to be making around the time of the Writers Strike?

I saw the complete run of The Sorpanos this summer; and as of this writing have finally seen the last episode of The Wire.

Either show just knows how and when to end. If HBO's reputation for quality television is mostly staked on these two acclaimed series; well, frankly, it's well earned; they were both pretty engaging watches.

Recently finished re-watching Firefly.
Currently re-watching Friday Night Lights seasons 1-3, and then will watch season 4 when it is released on DVD next month.
Re-watching Dexter and Lost with a couple of different friends who have never seen them.
Nearly finished watching Party Down season 2 courtesy of Netflix.

DVDs: Alias, A Bit of Fry and Laurie, Jeeves and Wooster, and then I go back to the DVD shelf and make some decisions.
