Turned on the TV and a CHiPS rerun was playing. They were chasing a guy in a van and it was one of those scenes where the lady pushing a shopping cart is about to get hit so she abandons the cart and the vehicle runs right through it. In this scene, the van is one second away from hitting the cart, then they cut to the bad guy behind the wheel and he talks for five or six seconds, then it shows the van hitting the cart.
