What Are "V"'s Chanches For A Second Season?

I knew[/b[ it! V had the slimmest chance of ever getting good ratings because A. it is getting stupid boring and B. Morena Baccarin is in it! Now of course she is the HOTNESS but did anyone truly think any show would do good with the cursed Firefly actress in it? I mean every actress on Firefly had a chance at a great show but they ALL got cancelled without making it truly big.

I thought she was better on Stargate anyway.

I like it, but it is a stupid premise. If the aliens bottom line is to enslave humanity or eat us, whatever, why be all nice and heal us and waste time chasing down fifth column people?

The last episode of last "season" showed a huge fleet out there. Why dont the hot lizard queen chick just show herself on the big movie screens their ships carry and tell humanity that they are taking over and there is nothing we can do about it since we are technologically inferior.

If I was an evil alien master I wouldnt waste my time enslave a planet by being nice to them. I would just blow up some stuff and make the rest bow down to me. It is alot quicker and then I can fly off and enslave green Orion chicks for my galactic harem.

Realistically the fastest way to enslave a planet is to find one where there's an evenly-matched planetwide conflict going on, and choose one side or the other (flip a coin). Help them conquer the whole planet, but surreptitiously help the other side so that the winning side is never secure. That way your "allies" do most of the work, but are perpetually dependent on you to maintain their victory.

If there isn't an evenly-matched planetwide conflict going on, then the first step is: start one. Anna could learn a thing or two from the Dominion.
