The least they could've done is cast a dude with a minimum of muscle definition to compliment the revealing garment, like TOS did with Akuta in The Apple. This yutz looks like Riker's gestating clone from Up The Long Ladder... and then to neuter him on top of that, makes me uncontrollably embarrassed for that guy
