Well, Last of the Time Lords is very much a better title for a film than 'Doctor Who: The Movie'!

"The Doctor's Daughter" was most likely a play on the concept more than really being misleading. It was one of those gimmicky titles mean to generate gossip and speculation from us. It worked because that's exactly what happened when the title first was announced and what we're doing now. Announcement of titles I believe are made in order to generate discussion among the fanbase nothing more.
