Basically, we wrote the whole program from scratch. What the program does is it lets the user open an image of a map. After that, the user can enter four known coordinates on the map. Once four coordinates are placed, the user can create a World File. A World File is a simple text file which contains information about things like the size of a pixel, rotation of the image, and location of the image in the world. This information about the image is calculated from the provided coordinates.

Man, that's the ONE WRONG weekend for me 
I'll actually be travelling somewhere near Cleveland, OH for a family reunion. Choose ANY other weekend and I'll be running (or at least be much more inclined) to get there!

Do you mean celebrities who'll be at Dragon*Con or BBSers? Most of the Firefly gang will be there this year, and I believe a few Trek stars and book authors. According to the site, Louise Fletcher has just been confirmed. Also, Max Grodenchik, Marina Sirtis & Robin Curtis are on the list. I thought KRAD & TerriO were making appearances, but I don't see their names on the list.

Among BBSers going, I only know of Sakrysta for sure (you should let her know about July 15 if you haven't already), though I see people mentioning it in the Sci-Fi/Fantasy area.
